Childbirth Education for Parents

The Best Birth Childbirth Classes teach practical mind/body techniques to make labor more comfortable and productive. This program is designed to meet one’s individual needs by integrating both holistic and medical approaches to labor and birth. Each class is 2 hours long.

Class Four: Preparing for birthing time Newborn appearance and behavior Breastfeeding Postpartum recovery & adjustment Professional postpartum support

Cost: $350 * includes unlimited virtual support for duration of pregnancy and in early labor
